John Datoy (Narum) is a Christian Filipino engineer, youth pastor, world yo-yo champion, and comedian from Nashville, TN, with roots in Fargo, ND. His tricks and jokes have been seen opening for Aaron Weber and Brian Bates, as well as Billy Gardell (Mike & Molly), Jared Freid(Netflix), and Dustin Nickerson (Netflix by Kevin Hart). In the last year, Datoy recorded numerous sets with Nateland Productions’ Nateland LIVE at Zanies - Nashville, where he is a paid regular. He also has been selected and has performed in 8 nationally-renowned comedy festivals.

He has performed on The Martha Stewart Show, Tony Danza Show, and America’s Got Talent, where he was a top-100 performer, and continues to entertain comedy clubs, theaters, schools, elderly communities, and churches across the nation. His tricks, combined with choreographed routines, and his life story full of jokes, have made for a great show for people of all ages.
